She is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Kareen took the hospitality, culinary arts, and the education worlds by storm. Kareen is the Founder/CEO/President of A Dash Of Coco LLC. In 2021, she also became an international speaker. Kareen, is also well known as “Chef Coco” she has delivered keynotes for podcast audiences in India, Scotland, England, Philippines and South Africa. In person keynotes in Dubai and Las Vegas, 2022. Summer 2022, she will deliver a keynote in New York in July, at the WYN “World Congress on Ultimate Women's Expo 2022 and also in Croatia in August at the WYN “International Conference on Food Processing and Packaging Expo 2022. Kareen will make history as a contributing alumni author for the Fashion Institute of Technology Oral History Project, which will be published fall 2022.
