The Brown Limbed Girls is a series of collages that began during the necessity to "shelter in place" at the start of the Coronavirus pandemic.These brown beauties soon graced billboards for the City of Chicago's Covid Awareness program, adorned the covers of two new books, were showcased in the Obsidian Literary Arts Journal, and had wildly successful solo showings in both New Orleans and Oakland. They now reside in man corporate and private collections.The artist, Candace Hunter (chlee), wanted to make sure that all present and future collectors could dream with these girls—these girls who watched over the momentous times of the pandemic— and so, is producing twelve different journals, each featuring a different cover, for you to collect and to collect your memories!The cover art on this second journal is Daughters of the Dream Weavers Original collage, 20” x 20”. In a private collection.Stay tuned to collect all twelve of the journals - one to drop each month of 2022.
