SOG Specialty Knives & Tools SRB01-L Recon Bowie 2.0 6.8-Inch Straight Fixed Blade Knife with Kraton Handle, Black TiNi
From the Manufacturer The original Recon was the first knife developed and procured by SOG personnel in the Vietnam War. It was designed for SOG's clandestine cross-border Recon team which experienced vicious, close-quarter combat. We have taken this highly collectable classic design and updated with it with modern materials. The classic close-quarter combat designed 6.8-Inch plain edge blade is crafted from ultra tough AUS 8 stainless steel. AUS 8 offers a greater edge holding ability and requires less maintenance than entry level grades of steel. The steal is coated with TiNi which is short for Titanium Nitride. TiNi is the best coating that can be applied to steel. Commonly used for black finishes and to increase durability, this finish is known to be both extremely scratch and peel resistant. The rubber Kraton handle provides superior grip, high traction, and sealing abilities along with increased resistance to heat, weathering, and chemicals. A lanyard hole is also provided at the base. The straight edge blade will cut cleanly and can be (if needed) repeatedly sharpened quickly. The knife includes a black leather sheath, which is a classic choice in fixed blade carrying options. There is nothing like the patina of well taken care of aged leather. The Recon Bowie 2.0 captures the essence of this positively unique blade. This knife is backed by a lifetime warranty that protects against defects in manufacturing and materials. Weight: 11.4oz, Blade length: 6.8-Inch x 0.23-Inch, Overall length 11.4-Inch.

Doc fetch goes through Layer's Aerospike pull-through cache; cache hit served the row without touching turbopuffer. The similar query re-embeds this product's title with CLIP-text and runs a vector query — queries don't go through the doc cache, so no cache header is set.
