Jesus is Not God With a Capital "G": A Biblical Unitarian Christological Perspective

The reason I wrote this book was to try to convince some that Jesus is not, in fact, God in the sense that God the Father is God. I am a former Trinitarian who believed in the three-in-one concept that all three members of the Trinity were co-equally, and co-essentially God. After considerable research I began to see the error of believing in the threeness of God. Throughout the NT one phrase is constantly repeated by Jesus to the fact that he was not God but the Son of God. It can be found nowhere in the NT that Jesus ever said that he was God and yet Mainstream evangelical Christianity has bought into the Gnostic teaching that Jesus is co-equal, co-essential, and co-existent with God the Father. If he is the Son of God, he cannot be God at the same time. It is my wish that with the reading of this book some will come to see that Jesus was a man, born of a woman and commissioned by God the Father as Messiah to redeem his people and reconcile them to God. It is also my wish that with the help of God’s holy spirit who was sent to guide us into all truth, will use this as the basis of accepting and understanding the truth put forth in the Gospel of the Kingdom of God.
