The Children of Amalek
Review The story starts with a mystery, thanks to recon dog Lucky-a calm catalyst of the unraveling of a plot seeded deep in the command of the Sovereign Territory. With fascinating world-building, the short chapters pulse with the even pacing of a tale filled with quiet suspense and anticipation. There is a good balance between mystery, danger, friendship, and personal transformation, including a slight dose of romance enhanced by the clear writing style that conveys the moods well without extraneous embellishments. Protagonists Amy and Alex held my attention the most but another character became the unlikely chevalier who surprised and delighted me. All in all, The Children of Amalek is a fascinating, short dystopian read filled with surprising high stakes and challenges; a commendable tale from Anthony Civiletti.-- Reviewed by Lit Amri for Readers' Favorite

Doc fetch goes through Layer's Aerospike pull-through cache; cache hit served the row without touching turbopuffer. The similar query re-embeds this product's title with CLIP-text and runs a vector query — queries don't go through the doc cache, so no cache header is set.
